How do they know????

We got our tax return the other day and instantly we had to pay for one car to get fixed and then the other needed to go in and get repaired. I pad of a few bills then more came out of the woodwork that had been hiding for YEARS!! It seems to me that when we try to get ahead, with out fail that money is instantly needed elsewhere. Now some may say "Well, aren't you glad you had the money available when needed?" I say "UMMMMM NO!!!!" I actually wanted to SAVE some money. But the universe has a different plan. Oh well maybe next year.....but probably not.
